Well organized, taught and practical. Gary even makes the "dry stuff" interesting. He really emphasizes YOUR responsibilities and wants class interaction. My wife and I will be back for additional training. Thanks again Gary!

I took the CCW class on April 18, and I highly recommend this to everyone. Gary is very informative, and he keeps the class exciting. He covers all the basics, plus more.

I took the CCW Class on April 18, 2009, That was one day that was worth the beauty of the entire day. Gary is an AWESOME Instructor, he literally kept my attention and had me in stitches with his flare in teaching. The brother is full of jokes even in his sincerity of the subject he teaches. I recommend his training even if you drive pass another CCW class closer to your own county.

Gary does an outstanding job with this class. It kept me interested the entire day (even after staying up a little too late the night before). He creates a comfortable atmosphere in the classroom AND a comfortable yet VERY SAFE atmosphere on the firing range. I learned several facts I didn't know prior to attending and I came away from the class feeling I had been properly equipped to make the best decision possible about when, where, and how I should use my firearm.

I just completed the North Carolina concealed weapons class today. I am glad that I came to Gary's class. He is a great instructor, keeps the class moving along, and I promise you "you won't be bored". I arranged for a group from work(alot of family and good friends) to take a class from Gary on a Sunday. He and his wife were GREAT! They made us all feel like they had known us for a long time and still taught with the utmost professionalism! I would recommend anyone to their class. I already had my permit and sat in the back just to be in the class. Gary made me feel as part of the class and brought up some extra points my instructor did not cover! Great job & remember practice builds confidence, so you do not let the bad guy win!!!

I recently decided to obtain my concealed carry permit and chose Gary's class due to the fact that there was availability. So many classes in Charlotte were booked for weeks or months in advance. So, with no more than a Google search to guide me, I found an outstanding instructor in Gary. His class was interesting, entertaining and so very informative. He clearly shows how much he cares about the subject, the students and the second amendment. You can pay more for this class - - and many people do - - yet you cannot get better instruction, support and information than that which Gary provides. If you are serious about RESPONSIBLY carrying a concealed handgun, take Gary's class - - for your safety, and mine.

Took class on 2-28-09. Gary did an excellent job teaching the class. It was very educational and informative because you should really know the laws in NC on the use of Deadly Force. I feel I learned a lot and I recommend anyone considering taking the class to use him. Thanks again Gary.

2 friends and I took the class 2/21/09, and we were all very impressed. Not only did Gary provide the answers to every question the class had, he constantly challenged us to think of our anticipated response to various situations many of us hadn't considered. We all walked away feeling the time was well spent The education and materials were a bargain, and we gained a new respect for and appreciation of the rights and responsibilities one assumes when they choose to exercise their Second Amendment right. Took your class on Feb.14th. I enjoyed it very much and the info that I took away from the class gave me a new outlook. It help take away the myths that is involved of carrying a weapon for personal protection. The range was great also, a very nice place. Your class has also giving me some incentive to get involved, and try to help for change,the right change.
