Gary's conceal carry class was very interesting, informative and fun. I learned a lot. I would advise anyone who owns a gun to take this class so that you are informed of your rights. You never know when you might be hunting, or just at home with your weapon when your confronted with a situation where you need to protect yourself or someone else and YOU NEED TO KNOW YOUR RIGHTS. Even if I don't get my conceal carry permit, I'm glad I took this class.

As a woman, I recommend this class to any woman out there that needs to get informed and protect themselves. It was an awesome class!!!

I took Gary's Class Feb 2010 and I was highly pleased with the knowledge I gained from the class. Even though the class was quite extensive, it didn't seem as long based on the interest level of myself and those taking the class. I have recommended his class to my family members and friends. It is great that he allows former class members to sit in on sessions to keep abreast of the current gun laws.

Took the concealed carry class on 2/6/10- A well run class covering not only the required state information, but "need to know" information that all gun owners should be aware of. I'd reccommend this class to everyone.

Just took the class today, and what can I say, informative, an ignorance blower for those with mis-informed info. An put simply, more than 75 dollars, WAY MORE THAN 75 dollars worth of quality lessons and EXP. By guns from local gun shops, be taught by Mr. Gary Steely.

just finished taking gary's class was very informative alot of miss information from other people was cleared up gary answered any and all questions class participation was welcomed we had a few that had never handled a firearm before but they were treated with patience and were shooting like pros by the end of the class would suggest this class for anyone beginners or advance great job gary

As a classroom teacher, I know how hard it is to keep peoples attention, especially a student who is a teacher. Gary did a fabulous job, the class was informative and interesting, the 8 hours flew by. Thank you Gary for staying in the cold late to get all of us qualified. I took Gary's class on 1/16/10 and I would recomend it to any one who has a gun. Even if you don't plan on carrying one concealed. He explains laws that every gun owner should know, he gives you situational scenarios to better explain them and teaches safe gun handling. Great class.

I took Gary's course last year and enjoyed it very much. So much so that I went back on Jan 16, and brought my wife, her friend, her friend's husband and her friend's friend, if you can follow all of that. All of them were very impressed with what they learned and how it was presented by Gary. I'll keep sending as many people as I can.

I took the class on January 16, 2010 and left feeling that my $75.00 was very well spent. Gary's knowledge of the subject as well as his style of instruction kept the class interesting as well fast paced.

I'm the type woman who was more scared of having a gun than not having one. But in these times, I felt the need to be able to protect myself. Gary's class was DEFINITELY the answer for me! His class was informative and kept my attention (no thoughts of nodding off to sleep!). I took the class yesterday, 1/16/10, and then proudly walked off the shooting range with my target. I recommend it to everyone.

I attended this class with my daughter and it was very good. We now have a much better understanding of NC gun laws and I learned a few things about handguns and shooting that was news to me. I plan to return to the class with my wife.

The Concealed Carry Class in December was informative and entertaining..It was the easiest Saturday 8-hr Class I have attended...but definitely not a waste of time.

I had the pleasure of taking Gary's concealed carry class on December 12. Gary thoroughly covers N.C. law governing the use of deadly force, and you leave the class feeling confident about when and when not to use deadly force. Gary is a patriot and defender of our 2nd amendment right and can give you advice on how to fight the good fight, should you choose to. I highly recommend Gary's class.

I feel Gary's class can be summed up as; Twice the instruction for half the price of anyone else. Honestly, at first, I wasn't thrilled about spending my Saturday in class.. But, Gary managed to keep my interest during the entire class. I learned a lot of things I had no idea about. I will highly recommend his class to anyone interested in obtaining a CCW. I would even suggest the class to anyone who just wants to be more aware of the NC gun laws... Thank you Gary for not "wasting" my Saturday... :-)

I took Gary's class on 12-12-09, I enjoyed the class and highly recommend it to anyone that wants to get your conceal and carry license. Gary had patience and spoke to us with respect no matter the questions being asked. He taught in a fun way and is well versed on the subject he's teaching. While there I learned quite a few answers to things that I had misconceptions about but mainly the truth about the things I thought I knew about home protected laws. If nothing else, take the class to learn your rights and the laws as far as a homeowner and an American. Thanks Gary!

My son and myself took the class on November 28,2009. The class was great. Very interesting, I believe even if you are not wanting to get a CCW you should know the law, and be able to defend your right as a citizen of the United States to own firearms.

Yesterday I successfully completed Gary's Firearms Safety Training course so that I could obtain a CW permit. I was very impressed with his knowledge and thourough training of gun laws, security, and safety. Gary made the class and qualification exciting and enjoyable. I'm glad I took the course and it's worth every dollar.

I took Gary's class today, Nov 28th, and was extremely satisfied. The class is by design very long and tedious but Gary does a great job of breaking the monotony with videos and topic discussion to keep you engaged. I just moved to NC and was robbed within the first 3 months. I started looking for concealed classes and every class was at least double the price of his. I cant imagine someone teaching the class any better and at half the price of everyone else its a win win. If you are looking to take a CCW I highly recommend this one.

I had the pleasure of taking Gary's course on 10/31/09 and found it to be very informative and encouraging. The course seemed very daunting based on the hours involved but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I wasn't even aware of the time because I was thoroughly enjoying the information and interactions of my classmates.
