I was fortunate enough to attend Gary's CCW class yesterday and was very impressed with the attention to all aspects of the legal and safety issues pertaining to concealed carry. Gary's delivery of the material in a fun but informative way speaks volumes to his experience as a teacher. Even someone brand new to firearms would feel at home in this class. Everything was explained in an easy to understand and remember fashion and he encouraged us to actively participate by chiming in with questions and comments. If you are considering getting a CCW permit I simply cannot recommend Gary's class enough... great class, great teacher! :-)

This page is so you won't break the laws of North Carolina by going into a business that does not allow you to take your firearm, I will not give my business to anyone that won't allow me to protect myself while I'm there and think that somehow I should give up my 2nd amendment right; I trust you won't either! As law abiding you are not able to do business with them. So take your hard earn dollars some where that you don't violate the law. Law enforcement studies have proven, areas that have conceal carry, the crime rate is LOWER!  The representatives we put in office may want to pay attention too, I (we) will not vote for someone who votes to take away or restrict our civil rights! You should always remember the people put you there and you do work for us. Laws are only for people who obey them, law breakers don't care what laws we have, it only protects them!

If you know of a business that has this policy of no carry, e-mail me and I will post it, also print this link on business cards and give them one, let them know they can't do business with law adibing citizens of conceal carry.

Why I Carry A Gun.

I don't carry a gun to kill people. I carry a gun to keep from being killed.

I don't carry a gun to scare people. I carry a gun because sometimes
this world can be a scary place.

I don't carry a gun because I'm paranoid. I carry a gun because there
are real threats in the world.

I don't carry a gun because I'm evil. I carry a gun because I have lived
long enough to see the evil in the world.

I don't carry a gun because I hate the government. I carry a gun because
I understand the limitations of government.

I don't carry a gun because I'm angry. I carry a  gun so that I don't
have to spend the rest of my lif e hating myself for failing to be prepared.

I don't carry a gun because I want to shoot someone. I carry a gun
because I want to die at a ripe old age in my bed, and not on a sidewalk
somewhere tomorrow afternoon.

I don't carry a gun to make me feel like a man. I carry a gun because
men know how to take care of themselves and the ones they love.

I don't carry a gun because I feel inadequate. I carry a gun because,
unarmed and facing three armed thugs, I am inadequate.

I don't carry a gun because I love it. I carry a gun because I love life
and the people who make it meaningful to me.

"Police Protection" is an oxymoron. Free citizens must protect themselves.

Police do not protect you from crime; they usually just investigate

the crime after it happens and then call someone in to clean up the mess.

Personally, I carry a gun because I'm too young to die!

Let them know you can't do business with them!
